Education:
Minimum graduation in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
Strong numerical skills to analyze financial statements and recovery data.
Knowledge on NPL management, legal proceedings and provisioning guidelines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point with presentation skill.
Good in interpersonal and communication skills.
Pro-active, multitasking and ability to work under pressure.

Prime Responsibilities
Portfolio monitoring and vintage analysis; presentation before Department Head and Management on NPL movement, recovery performance and provisioning amounts.
Maintain MIS/ dashboards to track overdue accounts, restructured loan status and legal case progress.
Ensure all reports meet regulatory requirements set by central bank and internal audit.
Ensure accuracy, security and integrity of recovery data in the system.
Prepare and provide necessary data for internal and external audits regarding recovery activities.
Monitor/co-ordinate quick response submission against internal and external audit observation.
Maintain liaison with Bangladesh Bank and other external regulators for reporting compliance.
Monitor rational and timely allocation of accounts to the Collectors/Team Leaders.
Collection, record keeping, reconciliation of collection receipts, statement generation for all the live accounts, reviewing compromise settlement proposal.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data management system and workflow.
Maintain good co-ordination between legal department, recovery team and other stakeholders for the best result to ensure bank’s interest.
