Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other spa services.
∎ Advise clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate products and services.
∎ Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and properly sanitized.
∎ Promote spa services and retail products to enhance client experiences and meet sales targets.
∎ Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and techniques to enhance skills.
∎ Work closely with other spa staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation and train SPA team.
∎ To perform any other task assigned by SPA Manager.
