JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 1.    Construction and Maintenance:

1. Supervise construction projects, maintenance, and renovations of park infrastructure.
2. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of park facilities.
3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

2.    Project Management:

1. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for civil projects.
2. Coordinate with external contractors, engineers, and architects.
3. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

3.    Compliance and Safety:

1. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and legal requirements.
2. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

4.    Collaboration and Communication:

1. Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
2. Serve as a liaison with local authorities and community groups.
3. Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute insights and recommendations.

5.    Leadership and Development:

1. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of civil maintenance staff.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to the civil maintenance team.

6.    Innovation and Sustainability:

1. Implement sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
2. Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in civil engineering and construction management.

7.    Infrastructure Development:

1. Collaborate with the design and development team to conceptualize and execute new construction projects.
2. Develop and maintain a long-term capital improvement plan for the park`s civil infrastructure.

8.    Operational Efficiency:

1. Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime for civil maintenance activities.
2. Streamline processes and workflows related to construction, maintenance, and renovation projects.

9.    Guest Experience Enhancement:

1. Ensure that civil infrastructure projects contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience and satisfaction.
2. Implement design elements and features that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of park facilities.

10. Emergency Preparedness:

1. Develop and maintain emergency response plans for civil infrastructure-related incidents.
