∎ Age 18 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the spa team and carry out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
∎ Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing) in a safe and comfortable manner.
∎ Welcome the guest in and take him/her for a spa tour explaining the facilities. Provide consistent professional massage, beauty treatment & body wellness treatments in accordance with spa protocols.
∎ Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards.
∎ Obtain the basic medical history of the client and suggest appropriate therapy based on the client's health condition.
∎ Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
∎ Upsell SPA services/products to Park guest.
∎ Train SPA team members on how to perform spa treatments as per spa standard and current offers Monitor the guest areas of spa to ensure that the front desk, spa lounge, Pool, locker areas, and other facilities are at all times neat, orderly, and well maintained.
∎ To perform any other task assigned by SPA Manager.
