Additional Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture & software design, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML applications.
- Strong expertise in chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework) and LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace).
- Hands-on experience with speech-to-text (Whisper, AWS Transcribe), text-to-speech (Azure Speech, Google TTS), and voice AI systems.
- Knowledge of NLP, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
- Proficiency in cloud-native AI deployments using Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and data governance for AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Nice to have:
- Certifications: AWS/Azure AI Engineer, Solutions Architect, or TOGAF.
- Experience building SaaS platforms powered by AI.
- Background in generative AI, recommendation systems, or real-time AI applications.

Job Context
Riseup Labs seeking a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in AI-driven application design to lead the architecture of next-generation digital platforms. The role involves designing scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions including chatbots, voice assistants, and LLM-powered applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and design AI-enabled technical solutions. Architect applications using LLMs, conversational AI, voice AI, and NLP frameworks.
- Create end-to-end solution architecture: frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Define strategies for AI model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Rasa, etc.).
- Ensure secure, scalable, and cost-optimized AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Integrate chatbots, voice AI, and intelligent assistants into web and mobile applications.
- Design data pipelines and storage strategies for structured/unstructured data to support AI models.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and developers to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct POCs, architecture reviews, and technical assessments for AI solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and frameworks to continuously improve solution design.
