Responsibilities & Context:
This is 6 Month Internship Then we are Confirmed As a Regular Employee of Sunshine IT
Responsibilities:
Receiving customer phone calls and greeting incoming customers.
Prospecting and identifying new customers through cold-calling
Planning digital marketing strategies on platforms like Facebook bost and Google ads
Must maintain good relationship with customer
Preparing reports of daily activitie
Must have experience in traditional marketing and digital marketing.
Reply social media all query and give proper information.
Quock Respond to customer inquiries
Keep in touch with regular & existing clients.
Identify and approach potential customers through various channels. Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide customer insights and strategies
Manage communications through email, social media, and other platforms.
Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing efforts.
Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries.
