Experience:

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ICT, or any related field.

• Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

• Age 25 to 45 years

• 3-5 years of experience in Software Development, Web Development, or App Development.

• Experience in handling real-life development projects will be given preference.

• Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Python, Node.js, React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and API Integration.

• Knowledge of Android/iOS App Development.

• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other database management systems.

• Experience with Git/GitHub.

• Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Job Context:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software & Web Developer who will be responsible for managing and handling all software, website, and mobile application development activities of the company. The candidate must be capable of development, maintenance, system upgrades, and providing technical support efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all Software, Website, and Mobile Application Development activities.

• Develop, update, and maintain custom software, web applications, and mobile applications.

• Handle both Front-end and Back-end Development tasks.

• Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and modern website designs.

• Perform Database Management and API Integration.

• Identify and fix bugs while optimizing system performance.

• Develop and implement new features and system upgrades.

• Manage domain, hosting, and server-related activities.

• Ensure source code security and backup management.

• Analyze client requirements and provide effective technical solutions.

• Complete projects within the assigned timeline.

• Monitor and guide the development team when necessary.
