Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Information Communication Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
∎ Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
∎ Writing & Execute test case, Documentation of test results
∎ Test software releases by executing assigned tests (manual and automated)
∎ Create logs to document testing phases and defects
∎ Reply to returned bug reports, Re-test & Regression test resolved defects
∎ Monitor debugging process results & Help troubleshoot issues
∎ Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
∎ Prepare project-related documents
∎ Conduct Performance Testing using suitable tools
∎ Ensure OWASP top 10 standards for both mobile and web application
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
∎ Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience in software development
∎ Proven work experience in software quality assurance
∎ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
∎ Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
∎ Experience in backend/API testing (using Postman, Swagger)
∎ Strong knowledge of any scripting language
∎ Solid knowledge of SQL
∎ Knowledge of Bug tracking tools, for example, Jira, Mantis, etc.
∎ Hands-on experience with selenium Webdriver with Java/Python preferable
∎ Hands-on experience with Performance testing tools, preferable Jmeter
∎ Hands-on experience with various security testing tools
∎ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
∎ Good communication skills
