Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in program coordination and/or communications
Experience in donor-funded or governance-related projects will be an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English
Experience in social media management and basic multimedia tools
Good organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work independently under pressure
Candidates with design sense, graphic design skills, and digital marketing skills will receive preference

Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager, Program & Communications will support effective implementation of the projects by coordinating program activities and managing communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery, visibility of results, and compliance with donor and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination
Support preparation and implementation of project work plans
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and field events
Organize meetings, workshops, and consultations
Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and follow-up actions
Communication & Visibility
Implement project communication and visibility plan
Ensure proper use of branding as per donor guidelines
Prepare content for social media, website, and publications
Document project activities through stories, photos, and videos
Media, Reporting & Documentation
Draft press releases and communication materials
Support media coverage of project events
Prepare narrative reports and maintain project documentation
Design basic communication materials (presentations, infographics, layouts)
Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, media, and government stakeholders
Support stakeholder meetings and public events
Monthly Salary: BDT 40,000 (negotiable based on experience)
