Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and mentor a team of web developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
∎ Design and develop complex ERP applications, websites, and web applications, ensuring robust functionality, scalability, and security.
∎ In-depth knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
∎ Extensive experience with server-side programming languages (e.g., Python, PHP, Node.js) and proficiency in back-end frameworks.
∎ Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and expertise in database design and optimization.
∎ Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Additionally experience integrating AI functionalities through RESTful APIs. Familiarity with version control (Git) and security practices is essential.
∎ Previous involvement in AI-based projects, leveraging data analysis, natural language processing, or machine learning, will be highly advantageous.
∎ Drive the integration of back-end services and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.
∎ Conduct thorough code reviews, identify areas of improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
∎ Implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces, adhering to best practices and web accessibility standards.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing effective and efficient solutions.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in web development and AI to leverage innovative solutions.
∎ Participate in AI-related projects, utilizing data analysis, natural language processing, and machine learning techniques.
∎ Lead and contribute to the optimization of web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
∎ Provide technical expertise in evaluating and selecting appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies for development projects.
∎ Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful web development projects.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering innovative and creative solutions.
∎ Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
