• Hands-on & proven experience with ERP system development, microservice architecture, and related design patterns.

• Strong understanding of backend architecture, server-side logic, and database management.

• Experience with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL technologies (MongoDB).

• Familiarity with Category-3 grade API development, integration, and scaling.

• Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git, CI/CD, Docker or similar containerization technologies.

• Strong understanding of security principles and practices, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and Express.js.

Job Context:

We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer with 1 year of institutional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in ERP development, microservice architecture, and a strong foundation in JavaScript (Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js) and PHP including Laravel. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable backend solutions that align with business objectives. This role will focus on developing ERP systems and contributing to our microservices infrastructure to ensure modularity, flexibility, and high performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and manage category 3 grade RESTful APIs, basic authentication methods (JWT, OAuth), and web services to integrate various systems and applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain websites, ERP systems, and scalable microservice architectures using JavaScript (Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js) and PHP, Laravel, & other PHP frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth and efficient integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Develop, test, and maintain databases using SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL technologies (MongoDB).
• Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React.js Express, Nest.js).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in ERP modules, scalable microservice architecture, and backend systems.
• Implement security best practices, including data protection, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Ensure system scalability and performance while adhering to agile development practices.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Capacity development of junior team & intern team members.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools including version control systems like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Knowledge of microservices best practices and deployment strategies.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud) and DevOps.
