• 4+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, especially Node.js, Nest.js, and Express.js.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO including crawl optimization, SSR, structured data, canonical URLs, sitemaps, etc.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex ERP systems.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Job Context: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with at least 4 years of experience in ERP system development and microservice architecture. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in JavaScript technologies, particularly Node.js, Nest.js, and Express.js, and be proficient in both relational and NoSQL database design. You will play a critical role in building scalable, modular, SEO-optimized, and high-performance applications that power business processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly understand the client's requirement and develop the work plan as per the project's needs

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable ERP modules and/or microservices.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js and Express.js.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.

• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and services in a modular, reusable way.

• Work with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or others) to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance.

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.

• Participate in technical planning and system design discussions and provide innovative solutions.

• Maintain and improve the microservice infrastructure, ensuring it supports future growth and is resilient.

• Optimise applications for search engine indexing, crawlability, and performance (technical SEO).

• Collaborate with SEO teams and marketers to implement best practices directly in the product.

• Ensure application architecture supports server-side rendering (SSR), meta tagging, structured data (schema.org), and page speed optimisation.

• Contribute to documentation and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Improve the capacity of team members, including intern team members.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
