∎ The Software Development Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the software development lifecycle, leading a team of software engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions, and look after the technical recruitment and training programs.

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
∎ • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of software engineers.
∎ • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
∎ • Architect and design scalable and reliable software systems.
∎ • Implement DevOps principles and best practices for software quality assurance.
∎ • Manage technical recruitment and training programs.
∎ • Stay up-to-date on the latest software development technologies and methodologies.
∎ • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design).

∎ Requirements:
∎ • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Software Development Team Lead role or a comparable leadership position.
∎ • Strong technical expertise in a variety of modern programming languages and frameworks.
∎ • Experience in software architecture and designing scalable systems.
∎ • In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices for software quality assurance (both manual and automated).
∎ • Experience with agile and waterfall development methodologies and project management tools.
∎ • Experience with industry best practices for software development methodologies (e.g., CMMI).
