Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing social media strategies to meet business goals.
∎ Creating, curetting, and publishing content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
∎ Monitoring and managing E commerce website.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
∎ Engaging with followers and responding to comments in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Managing social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad content and targeting specific audiences.
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and implementing new strategies as needed.
∎ Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and other partners in the industry.
∎ Managing social media budgets and reporting accordingly
∎ Monitoring social media channels for potential brand risks and escalating issues as needed.
∎ In details:
∎ Strategy development: You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives of the organization.
∎ Content creation: You will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms. This could include writing copy, designing graphics, and developing videos.
∎ Community management: You will be responsible for managing social media communities, including responding to comments, messages, and other interactions.
∎ Social media advertising: You will be responsible for managing social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy, targeting specific audiences, and monitoring performance.
∎ Social media analytics: You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Social media platform management: You will be responsible for managing social media platforms, including updating profiles, monitoring trends, and staying up-to-date on platform changes.
∎ Influencer and brand partnerships: You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with influencers and other brands to leverage their audiences and increase social media engagement.
∎ Crisis management: You will be responsible for managing social media crises, including responding to negative feedback and mitigating brand damage.
∎ Research and innovation: You will be responsible for researching new social media trends, tools, and strategies, and incorporating them into the organization's social media strategy.
