Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining Online and offline orders
∎ Looking after online customer queries in a timely and professional manner .
∎ Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other sales techniques
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
∎ Deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
∎ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends
∎ Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts in a timely manner
∎ Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
∎ Attend trade shows, events, and other industry-related activities to promote our products and services
∎ Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on our products, industry trends, and competitors
∎ Maintaining and updating product Inventory
∎ Billing and maintaining orders
