Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responding to customer's query on queue basis via digital social media to maintain an optimum service level.
∎ Maintaining proper coordination with different stakeholders to ensure the proper escalation of critical issues.
∎ Providing one-stop quality information to ensure positive customer experience and capture appropriate insights.
∎ Maintaining targeted KPI on a regular basis.
∎ Serving customers with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
∎ Involving in special activities on an ad-hoc basis to cope up with the dynamic business need.
∎ Manage our organization's social media accounts and online presence. Create engaging content, respond to inquiries, and monitor trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
∎ Develop and execute strategies to engage with the community through various channels, including social media, events, partnerships, and outreach programs.
∎ Manage and oversee our organization's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
∎ Develop engaging content (including text, images, and videos) that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
∎ Foster active engagement and interaction with our social media followers, fans, and subscribers.
∎ Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Initiate and participate in conversations to build relationships and strengthen community connections.
