- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor’s student in Business Administration, Development Studies, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.

- Age 22 to 30 years
- Experience is not mandatory, but experience or coursework in fundraising, donor relations, or communication will be an advantage.
- Must be working as a volunteer in a non-profit organization.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and Bangla.
- Good command of MS Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and Docs).
- Research-oriented and detail-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Interest in the non-profit and health sector will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Help prepare donor proposals, concept notes, presentations, and communication materials.
Document and report on donor communication and follow-up activities.
Assist in developing outreach lists for business development and fundraising campaigns.
Support donor communication through email, phone calls, and digital engagement.
Maintain and update lead databases, contact lists, and CRM tools.
Contribute to partnership development and fundraising campaigns.
Conduct online and organizational research to identify potential individual, corporate, and institutional donors.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
