    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Social Science, Development Studies, Health Communication, or related field.

  • Prior experience in community mobilization, volunteering, or health awareness programs will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse community groups and local stakeholders.
  • Good writing and documentation skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Dhaka and other districts when required.
  • Passionate about public health and social impact work.
  • Research-oriented and detail-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:

Community Awareness & Outreach:

  • Support in organizing thalassemia awareness sessions, events, and community events.

  • Assist in designing and distributing IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials such as leaflets, posters, and infographics.

  • Conduct outreach among youth, parents and teachers to promote carrier screening and preventive health behaviors.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Coordinate with local government representatives (Union Parishad, Upazila Health Complex, Civil Surgeon Offices) for awareness and advocacy programs.

  • Facilitate engagement with educational institutions, youth clubs, and NGOs for joint awareness activities.

  • Support partnership meetings with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and local health professionals for thalassemia prevention initiatives.

  • Assist in maintaining stakeholder databases & documentation of collaborative activities.

Program Support & Documentation:

  • Prepare events attendance sheet, pre- & post-reports, case stories, and photo documentation of awareness events.

  • Collect feedback and data from field activities for monitoring and evaluation purposes.

  • Support the program team in logistics, event planning, and communication follow-ups.

  • Contribute to developing social media posts and digital campaigns to amplify awareness.
