Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

  • Fresh graduate or university going students are encourage to apply.

  • Basic computer skills (specially MS Word & MS Excel), including familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Excellent verbal and listening communication skills.

  • Problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Regular outbound calls to donors or external stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Regular follow-up donor and update their profile.

  • Respond to inbound calls and assist with inquiries or issues in coordination with internal teams.

  • Address donor concerns and provide solutions to problems or escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.

  • Accurately log donor information and interactions into the company`s database.

  • Suggest additional facilities or services that may benefit the financial or blood donors.

  • Ensure timely support & resolution by following up with donor as required.

  • Follow company protocols and policies while maintaining professionalism.

  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
