Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 30 years
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Fresh graduate or university going students are encourage to apply.
Basic computer skills (specially MS Word & MS Excel), including familiarity with CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and listening communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
Regular outbound calls to donors or external stakeholders in a timely manner.
Regular follow-up donor and update their profile.
Respond to inbound calls and assist with inquiries or issues in coordination with internal teams.
Address donor concerns and provide solutions to problems or escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.
Accurately log donor information and interactions into the company`s database.
Suggest additional facilities or services that may benefit the financial or blood donors.
Ensure timely support & resolution by following up with donor as required.
Follow company protocols and policies while maintaining professionalism.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
