Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate degree in Business Administration/ Banking/ Finance/ Marketing/ Accounting/ Economics/ Management from any UGC-approved University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze credit worthiness of the potential/existing SME borrowers.
∎ Ensure proper credit portfolio management e.g. expiry and past due management, monitoring of customers’ account performance, CIB analysis, Risk Grading tools assessment, Environmental and Social Risk assessment, stock and receivables assessment, limit utilization, deferral vis a vis approval conditions follow up and other related issues.
∎ Visit and submission of reports on overall business of new and existing customers to extend credit facilities.
∎ Follow up with Branches and other internal stakeholders to meet various queries and fulfillment of requirement(s).
∎ Liaise with various departments of the bank to ensure necessary collaboration and support.
∎ Monitor portfolio quality to identify potential risk and raise it to the appropriate authority for raising necessary actions.
∎ Liaison with Branches to grow SME Deposit.
∎ Credit compliance/ regulatory compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Adequate knowledge in SME markets in Bangladesh.
∎ Funded and Non-Funded products knowledge on SME Business prevailing in the industry.
∎ Proper knowledge about facility structuring as per nature & requirement of business.
∎ Strong communication skill in Bengali and English.
∎ Problem solving & decision-making capacity.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as MS Office, Excel etc.
∎ Capable of working under pressure with fervent attitude.
∎ Must be hard working with amicable personality & positive attitude.
∎ Preferably having any professional credit certificate.
