Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and capability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description: Fortis Builders Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to supervise and monitor construction site activities. The incumbent will ensure project quality, safety, and timely completion in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
Job Location
Dhaka (with frequent site presence required)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work progress as per design and schedule.
Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers for smooth site operations.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the Project Manager.
Ensure proper use of materials, manpower, and equipment at the project site.
Assist in resolving technical/site issues and provide on-site solutions when required.
Verify drawings, layouts, and measurements before execution.
Maintain accurate site documentation including labor attendance, material usage, and work records.
Report any project delays, risks, or issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
