Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description:

Fortis Builders Limited is looking for young, dynamic, and career-oriented graduates to join as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) in the Sales & Marketing Department. The MTO program is designed to groom future leaders through hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to real estate sales and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in prospect generation, client communication, and follow-ups.

  • Learn and support the sales process, including booking, documentation, payment schedules, and agreements.

  • Provide clients with project information (flats and land) and ensure quality customer service.

  • Participate in direct sales, corporate sales, and NRB sales activities under the guidance of senior professionals.

  • Maintain accurate sales and client records in line with company policies.

  • Support after-sales services and help build long-term client relationships.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports and present findings to supervisors.

  • Contribute to team goals and develop professional skills through continuous learning.
