Job Description:
Fortis Builders Limited is looking for young, dynamic, and career-oriented graduates to join as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) in the Sales & Marketing Department. The MTO program is designed to groom future leaders through hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to real estate sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in prospect generation, client communication, and follow-ups.
Learn and support the sales process, including booking, documentation, payment schedules, and agreements.
Provide clients with project information (flats and land) and ensure quality customer service.
Participate in direct sales, corporate sales, and NRB sales activities under the guidance of senior professionals.
Maintain accurate sales and client records in line with company policies.
Support after-sales services and help build long-term client relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Prepare periodic sales reports and present findings to supervisors.
Contribute to team goals and develop professional skills through continuous learning.
Salary: Negotiable (based on qualifications & skills).
