Job Description: Fortis Builders Limited is seeking a highly skilled and result-driven professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Digital Marketing (Real Estate). The incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support sales targets for our flats and land projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and sales objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
Oversee SEO/SEM activities to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Create and manage engaging digital content (graphics, videos, blogs, posts) to strengthen brand positioning.
Analyze and interpret digital campaign performance (CPC, CTR, ROI, Conversion Rate) and provide actionable insights to management.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure digital campaigns directly support flat and land sales initiatives.
Monitor competitors’ digital strategies and recommend improvements to maintain competitive advantage.
Manage email marketing, retargeting, and automation campaigns for improved client engagement.
Lead and guide the digital marketing team, ensuring adherence to company policies and efficient execution of campaigns.
Prepare and present periodic digital marketing performance reports to the departmental head.
Identify emerging digital trends, technologies, and tools to enhance online presence and effectiveness.
