Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

• Freshers with strong practical skills and portfolio may apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

• Create and schedule engaging content (post, reel, short video).

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos for social media and promotional content.

• Use AI tools for video enhancement, voiceover, script generation, and motion graphics.

• Design educational and marketing videos for the institute’s training programs.

• Manage the full video production process including editing, color correction, and sound mixing.

• Develop creative content ideas for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Maintain consistent video branding and visual quality across all platforms.

• Work with the marketing team to meet deadlines and campaign goals.

• Coordinate with the design and content team for marketing activities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools.

• Strong communication and planning skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary:

৳ 12,000 – 18,000 (per month, negotiable based on experience)
