Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and courteous customer support via phone calls, messages, and in-person inquiries.
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding institutional courses, services, and admission procedures.
Manage customer inquiries efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain proper documentation, customer records, and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Uphold the institute’s service standards, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
Provide information to students and guardians regarding courses and training programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Maintain call records and update daily reports.
Communicate politely and clearly with clients.
Assist in student enrollment and inquiry management.
Follow company guidelines and maintain service quality.
Additional Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla; basic proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Professional attitude, patience, and customer-centric mindset.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: BDT 15,000 – 20,000 (commensurate with experience and skills)
