• Experience: 0 to 1 year of professional experience in Digital Marketing, with hands-on experience in Lead Generation.

• Design Skills: Experience with Canva is mandatory for social media post design.

• Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with managing and running campaigns on major social media platforms.

• Attitude: Proactive, highly organized, results-oriented, and excellent communication skills (English & Bengali).

• Preference will be given to candidates with an English Medium background and prior experience with IELTS, particularly achieving a score with no band less than 6.5

Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be the driving force behind our digital outreach. Your primary duties will include:

• Lead Generation Mastery: Executing targeted digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our target countries (Canada, New Zealand, Finland, Cyprus).

• Social Media & Web Management: Maintaining all IR LINK social media platforms and ensuring our official websites are updated, engaging, and optimized for lead capture.

• Creative Content Design: Utilizing tools like Canva to design visually appealing posts and graphics for social media and advertising purposes.

• Performance Analysis: Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the effectiveness of all digital campaigns and making data-driven recommendations.
