Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: The Social Media Live Presenter is responsible for hosting engaging live sessions across platforms such as Facebook Live, TikTok, and YouTube Live to promote mobile gadgets and accessories. This role focuses on real-time product showcasing, audience interaction, and driving direct sales through live commerce.

The presenter will act as the on-camera face of the brand, demonstrating products (such as chargers, cables, earbuds, and power banks), explaining features, answering viewer questions, and building trust with the audience. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence on camera, and a clear understanding of tech products and customer behavior.

In a fast-paced e-commerce environment, the presenter plays a key role in increasing engagement, boosting conversion rates, and strengthening brand presence through consistent and professional live sessions. Collaboration with the marketing, content, and sales teams is essential to plan campaigns, highlight offers, and align messaging with overall brand strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Live on Facebook and social media accounts regularly.

  • Make Facebook reels and short videos regularly.

  • Provide audio voiceover to various product scripts.

  • Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.

  • Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.

  • Determine to support or assist customers after sales.

  • Understand the needs of business customers.
