Responsibilities & Context:

·       Develop compelling content for social media platforms, including captions, and static post copy aligned with the organization's mission and voice.

· Conceptualize and write video scripts across formats — including documentaries, social media reels, and awareness campaigns — in close collaboration with the multimedia team.

. Write and edit content for annual reports, brochures, newsletters, factsheets, and other print and digital communication materials.

· Plan and produce content for both internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity.

·       Assist in drafting and editing grant proposals, concept notes, and project reports in coordination with program teams.

·   Support the documentation of program activities, field visits, and impact stories for donor reporting and public outreach.

· Translate content between Bengali and English as required, maintaining accuracy and appropriate register.

· Coordinate with program, research, and field teams to gather information and develop evidence-based communication materials.

· Monitor sector trends and best practices in NGO communications to keep content strategies relevant and effective.
