Responsibilities & Context:
Minimum Requirement:
Minimum $20,000+ Meta Ads spend experience
Must have worked with Bangladeshi e-commerce or service-based businesses
Strong understanding of campaign structure, optimization, and scaling
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Optimize campaigns for better ROI and performance
Work with creative/content team to improve ad results
Analyze data and improve scaling strategies
Maintain consistent business growth through ads
Requirements:
Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and conversion optimization
Ability to handle and scale ad budgets responsibly
Must have own laptop/PC (mandatory)
