Requirements

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in graphic design or a related creative role. E-commerce or digital marketing background is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Canva Pro (must-have for fast social content)
• Strong eye for layout, color, and typography
• Must have own laptop/PC (Mandatory)

AI Tools (Required):

• Veo 3 — for AI video generation
• ElevenLabs — for AI voiceover/narration
• ChatGPT or Claude — for copy assistance and creative ideation
• Nano Banana Pro — for video/content automation workflows

AI Tools (Preferred/Learning):

• Midjourney or Leonardo AI for image generation
• Canva AI for rapid asset creation

Performance KPIs

• On-time creative delivery
• Brand consistency across all outputs
• Quality of ad creatives (engagement and conversion performance)
• Speed and quality of Veo 3 video production

Job Objective

We're looking for a creative designer who can produce consistent, high-quality graphic content for social media and advertising use AI tools to make that output faster and smarter. You'll also be responsible for producing short-form AI-generated videos using Veo 3 and ElevenLabs as part of our content pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, ad creatives, website banners, and promotional materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Use AI tools to speed up content creation and enhance output quality
• Produce short-form AI videos using Veo 3 with voiceover via ElevenLabs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop conversion-focused ad creatives
• Deliver content on time with fast turnaround on revisions
