• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

*Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, voice, and visual identity.

* Provide photography and videography support for the production of annual reports, brochures, newsletters, factsheets, and other print and digital communication materials.

* Cover organizational events, workshops, and program activities through professional photography and videography.

* Document field visits, community interactions, and program outcomes to support donor reporting, impact storytelling, and public outreach.

* Collaborate with the communications and content team to plan and produce visual content for both internal and external communications.

* Coordinate with program, research, and field teams to gather context and develop visually compelling, evidence-based communication materials.

* Edit and post-process photos and videos to a professional standard, maintaining a well-organized digital media archive.

* Stay updated on current trends in visual storytelling, NGO communications, and digital media to keep content strategies fresh and impactful.
