Responsibilities:
Apply on-page SEO best practices including keyword integration, meta title and meta description writing, header tag structuring (H1–H3), and internal linking recommendations.
Write content that balances search intent with actual readability — avoiding keyword stuffing and over-optimization that degrades the reader's experience.
Adapt writing style, vocabulary, and tone across different industries — including technology, marketing, e-commerce, healthcare, finance, and professional services — without defaulting to a generic voice.
Develop content briefs and outlines prior to drafting, clearly mapping out target keywords, audience persona, content angle, word count, and call-to-action (CTA) objectives.
Produce pillar content, topic cluster articles, and evergreen content pieces that support long-term organic growth strategies for clients.
Write direct-response and conversion-focused copy for landing pages, paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email sequences, and promotional materials, with a clear understanding of the AIDA framework (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action).
Write email marketing copy including subject lines, preview text, body copy, and CTAs for nurture sequences, promotional blasts, re-engagement campaigns, and transactional communications.
Write pitch decks, capability statements, and proposal copy that communicate the client's value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospective customers or investors.
Apply copywriting principles including social proof, scarcity, specificity, benefit-led messaging, and objection handling to strengthen conversion outcomes across deliverables.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, content ranking factors, and evolving SEO best practices that affect content performance in organic search.
Developing UX microcopy, video scripts, product descriptions, and pitch/proposal content
Interpreting client briefs independently — doing the research, building the brief, and delivering work that doesn't need to be explained
Managing revisions professionally and pushing back when something genuinely isn't right for the audience
Collaborating with our design, development, and marketing teams to make sure the words and the visuals actually work together
Applying on-page SEO practices including keyword research, meta copy, header structuring, and search intent mapping
