- Sound design depth — you have mixed for music videos, podcasts, or short docs and the dialogue clarity in your work is unusually clean

- Experience training or mentoring a junior editor

Eudika is a recorded-video O Level prep platform launching in Bangladesh. We are publishing roughly 300 hours of recorded lessons across seven subjects in our first year, with a brand position that promises calm, editorial, premium production — and a price point that reflects it.

This role is the post-production anchor. The editor we hire defines what every Eudika Learn lesson looks like, sounds like, and feels like.

What you will own:

You are responsible for the editorial standard of every lesson that publishes. You set the templates, you train the junior editor we will hire after you, and you finish the cuts that ship.

Specifically, you will:

- Own the final cut of every lesson in year one. You assemble where needed; you finish always

- Build the editorial template pack: intro, outro, lower-thirds, transitions, captions, end cards. This is a brand expression, not a SaaS product. Restraint over ornament

- Establish the colour grading look across all subjects so the platform feels consistent

- Establish the audio mixing standard: dialogue level, room tone, music bed (when used), final loudness target (-16 LUFS for streaming)

- Set up and maintain the project structure inside DaVinci Resolve Studio (preferred) or Adobe Premiere Pro

- Manage the active-project storage and archive workflow

- Hand off finished masters to the Studio Coordinator for upload, with a documented metadata sheet per lesson

- Train the junior editor we hire by month three. Develop them; do not gate-keep

- Flag systemic shoot issues to the AV Technician and Studio Coordinator. If the audio is consistently boomy, we fix the room, not every clip
