• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, Social media management, graphic design, or content creation.

• Experience in a study abroad consultancy firm, interior design firm, startup, or similar industry will be preferred.

To strengthen our digital presence and brand identity, we are looking for an experienced, smart, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer to join our team.

Location: Bashundhara R/A Main Road, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visual content including images, infographics, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Produce engaging short-form videos, reels, outdoor/indoor promotional videos, and basic motion graphics.
• Develop brand-consistent graphics for website, email, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Create compelling ad copy and visual content for posts, social ads, and student-focused communications.
• Support internal teams with marketing assets (flyers, decks, posters, event materials, etc.).
• Work closely with the counselling and admission team to promote programs, events, and student success stories.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide improvement suggestions.
• Technologically advanced candidates will get added advantage.
