We are currently seeking smart, dedicated, and honest Study Abroad Consultants for the Australia/UK/NZ/Malaysia markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional counselling to prospective students and parents regarding study opportunities abroad.

  • Assist students in choosing the right country, university, program, location, and scholarships.

  • Communicate with prospects via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings to convert inquiries into clients.

  • Collect required application documents and submit applications through university/agent portals.

  • Knowledge of social media management, content creation, digital marketing, basic graphic design, and video editing will be considered an added advantage.

  • Fluency in English and excellent writing skills will be a plus.

  • Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and partner institutions.

  • Achieve monthly targets and maintain high-quality service standards.
