Responsibilities & Context:
Duty Hours: 9 hours (Roster-based – Day/Night Shifts)
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to Facebook page messages promptly and effectively.
- Manage customer inquiries with a positive and professional attitude.
- Data entry and management using Google Sheets.
- Typing and communication in both Bangla (Avro/Bijoy) and English.
