Additional Requirements: Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication (must)
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media tools
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and content marketing
- Ability to write clear captions, content ideas, and marketing copy
- Familiar with analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)
- Creative, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
Preferred (Optional) Skills:
- Experience handling international clients
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Ability to create scripts or presentation
Candidate must have strong spoken communication skills (Bangla & English preferred).
Responsibilities & Context: They will be involved in:
- Client calls & discussions
- Video content creation or voice presentations
- Internal communication with the marketing team
- Good communication skill is a mandatory requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage social media content, posting schedules, and engagement
- Assist in creating ad copy, visuals, and campaign strategies
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with design, sales, and content teams
- Manage basic website updates (WordPress or CMS knowledge is a plus)
- Create and manage Ads on multiple platforms
- Communicate with clients professionally when required
