Job Description:
We’re looking for an SEO Content Writer Intern who wants hands-on experience in creating and optimizing content that ranks. You’ll work closely with our SEO lead to improve existing content, learn modern SEO practices, and understand how search-driven content actually performs in the real world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in auditing and optimizing existing blog posts based on SEO performance data and ranking opportunities.
- Write, rewrite, and improve articles under guidance to match search intent, E-E-A-T principles, and SEO best practices.
- Conduct basic keyword and topic research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner; assist with SEMrush tasks upon training.
- Implement on-page SEO fundamentals, titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and image alt text.
- Use AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft and refine content efficiently.
- Maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency across content pieces.
- Collaborate with the SEO lead to update articles, track content performance, and learn how iterative SEO content optimization works.
