Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated SEO Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to our digital growth efforts. You will support the SEO team in optimizing websites to improve search rankings, increase organic traffic, and strengthen overall digital visibility. This role is ideal for someone passionate about keyword research, content optimization, analytics, and hands-on execution of SEO.
Job Responsibilities:
On-Page SEO
- Assist in optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headings, and on-page content.
- Research and implement relevant keywords to improve SERP visibility.
- Improve website structure, internal linking, and URL optimization.
- Optimize images, alt text, and page speed performance.
Off-Page SEO
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis and support link-building outreach.
- Identify potential guest blogging, directory, and partnership opportunities.
- Perform submissions (directory, social bookmarking, forums) as required.
- Assist in Local SEO tasks, including Google Business Profile optimization.
Content & Keyword Research
- Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
- Suggest SEO-driven content topics aligned with search intent and trends.
- Work on SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages.
Technical SEO Assistance
- Learn and support the implementation of schema markup and structured data.
SEO Analytics & Reporting
- Track keyword rankings, traffic insights, and performance trends.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Provide data-backed insights and improvement recommendations.
