About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in B2B sales, marketing strategy, and team leadership with a strong track record of driving revenue and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify, pursue, and close B2B opportunities.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team to consistently meet revenue targets.
Leverage professional networks to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction.
Track sales performance, analyze results, and present data-driven reports to leadership.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Software, IT Services, or Digital Marketing agencies
Demonstrated track record of closing B2B deals and consistently meeting revenue targets
Strong experience in team leadership and management
