Job Description: Fortis Builders Limited is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing in the Construction Department. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and ensuring superior customer service in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new prospects and convert leads into sales for flats and land projects.
Execute direct, corporate, and NRB (Non-Resident Bangladeshi) sales to meet individual and team targets.
Conduct client follow-ups, prepare agreements, allotment letters, booking collections, and maintain accurate sales records.
Provide detailed project knowledge (flats and land) to clients, guide them through the sales process, and ensure a strong relationship for long-term engagement.
Negotiate with clients, identify business opportunities, and recommend tailored solutions.
Maintain after-sales formalities including application forms, payment schedules, and deeds of agreement.
Supervise and support team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective project execution.
Prepare regular reports and submit them to the departmental head.
Stay updated with industry trends through professional networks, workshops, and publications.
Contribute to the overall success of the sales & marketing team by accomplishing related objectives assigned by management.
