Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description: Fortis Builders Limited is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing in the Construction Department. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and ensuring superior customer service in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new prospects and convert leads into sales for flats and land projects.

  • Execute direct, corporate, and NRB (Non-Resident Bangladeshi) sales to meet individual and team targets.

  • Conduct client follow-ups, prepare agreements, allotment letters, booking collections, and maintain accurate sales records.

  • Provide detailed project knowledge (flats and land) to clients, guide them through the sales process, and ensure a strong relationship for long-term engagement.

  • Negotiate with clients, identify business opportunities, and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Maintain after-sales formalities including application forms, payment schedules, and deeds of agreement.

  • Supervise and support team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective project execution.

  • Prepare regular reports and submit them to the departmental head.

  • Stay updated with industry trends through professional networks, workshops, and publications.

  • Contribute to the overall success of the sales & marketing team by accomplishing related objectives assigned by management.
