Additional Requirements: Proven experience in content strategy, copywriting, and creative direction.
Solid knowledge of the Bangladeshi education market—O/A Levels, HSC, IELTS, and study abroad student behavior.
Hands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and brand development skills.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Experience in the education sector, creative agency, or a content-driven brand is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context: Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and the website.
- Plan strategic content around the foundation programme, study abroad pathways, IELTS preparation, and student success stories.
- Identify content opportunities based on student needs, trends, and campaign objectives.
Creative Direction
- Lead and maintain Penston’s visual identity, including color palettes, fonts, layouts, and design themes.
- Review and approve designs, carousels, videos, and marketing visuals.
- Collaborate closely with designers and editors to uphold brand consistency.
Content Creation & Editing
- Write, refine, and edit scripts, captions, headlines, carousel texts, blog articles, email copy, and marketing content.
- Transform academic or complex topics into engaging, simple, and student-friendly content.
- Maintain Penston’s tone of voice—trustworthy, helpful, aspirational, and youth-focused.
Social Media Leadership
- Lead the Instagram growth strategy using reels, carousels, stories, and high-engagement formats.
- Optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and DM conversions.
- Monitor social media performance and refine strategy based on analytics and insights.
Campaign Development
Plan and execute creative campaigns for:
- Foundation programme admissions
- UK, New Zealand, and Australia study pathways
- IELTS preparation content series
- Student testimonials and achievements
- Lead-generation and conversion-based promotions
- Ensure every campaign includes strong hooks, compelling visuals, and effective CTAs.
Brand Building
- Maintain consistent brand voice across social media, website, paid ads, brochures, banners, and all communication materials.
- Strengthen Penston’s identity as a premium and trusted education brand.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with designers, video editors, social media managers, and counsellors.
- Provide clear creative briefs and constructive feedback.
- Ensure smooth workflow, timely execution, and quality delivery of all content.
