Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a DOP / Cinematographer.
  • Strong knowledge of camera systems, lenses, lighting, and cinematography techniques.
  • Proficiency in lighting for interviews, commercials, documentaries, and digital content.
  • Understanding of color theory, framing, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must basic Video Editor skills, like reals and short video edit skill.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial, digital marketing, or branded content
  • Knowledge of post-production workflow and color grading basics
  • Familiarity with DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras.


Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Director of Photography (DOP) to lead the visual storytelling of our video and film productions. The DOP will be responsible for translating creative concepts into compelling visuals through camera work, lighting, framing, and composition while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the visual style and look of videos in collaboration with the Director and Creative Team.
  • Plan and execute camera setups, lighting design, and shot composition.
  • Operate and supervise camera, lighting, and grip equipment.
  • Select appropriate cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories for each project.
  • Ensure proper exposure, color balance, and visual continuity.
  • Manage and guide camera operators, lighting technicians, and assistants.
  • Oversee on-set technical quality and troubleshoot issues in real time.
  • Work closely with editors to ensure smooth post-production workflow.
  • Maintain brand visual standards across all video content.
  • Stay updated with latest cinematography techniques, gear, and trends.
