• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (Crucial for marketing and client communication).

• Strongly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of field-level marketing.

• Proficiency in understanding structural drawings and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

• Candidates who are regular in daily prayers (Namaji) or hold a background as a Hafez/Alem will be given high priority.

• Supervise day-to-day construction work on-site to ensure high quality, safety, and progress according to the schedule.

• Actively engage with prospective clients, landowners, and stakeholders to market company projects and secure new business opportunities.

• Maintain site registers, labor attendance, material inventories, and daily progress reports.

• Represent the company professionally to build strong corporate branding, goodwill, and networks.

• Coordinate seamlessly between the Chief Engineer, site laborers, and the procurement team.
