Responsibilities & Context:
Site Engineer (Civil)– for LEED Certified Pre-fab Steel Structure Garment Factory Project
Job Context:
Entrust Group is developing a state-of-the-art green woven garment manufacturing facility under a LEED certification program. We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise and monitor all construction activities at site. The selected candidate must stay at the project site to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor steel structure construction and finishing works as per approved design and plan.
Ensure strict compliance with BNBC-2020, RSC, and LEED standards throughout the construction process.
Oversee steel structure erection, finishing works, utility installation, and site safety compliance.
Verify labor bills and maintain daily worker attendance records.300
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and management for smooth project execution.
Maintain construction quality, safety, and compliance requirements at site.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and update management.
Monitor use of construction materials to avoid wastage and ensure timely supply.
Stay at project site to manage and supervise all construction activities.
