Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee construction: Direct and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring they align with project design, specifications, and the overall schedule.
Manage staff: Supervise construction personnel and coordinate the activities of various teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure safety and quality: Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality control standards on the construction site.
Solve technical problems: Diagnose and resolve technical difficulties that arise during the project.
Manage budget and resources: Assist with cost tracking, develop budget estimates, and help secure materials and equipment.
Communicate and coordinate: Liaise with clients, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
Documentation: Prepare site reports, maintain detailed records, and complete all necessary documentation.
Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with building regulations and legal requirements.
