∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 year of experience in apartment selling.
∎ Both Male and Female are encouraged to apply.
∎ Job Area Coverage-Rangpur division.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet browsing, with strong typing skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge of digital marketing and real estate market dynamics.
∎ Strategic thinking, adaptability, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
∎ Target-oriented mindset and willingness to work for extended periods if required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve individual and monthly sales targets to ensure organizational profitability.
∎ Prepare and analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
∎ Understand property documentation and respond to sales inquiries.
∎ Conduct property visits and negotiate with clients for sales closures.
∎ Adapt to a dynamic environment by ensuring daily client visits.
∎ Identify and establish contact with potential customers and deal with prospective clients.
∎ Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
∎ Present company products and services to clients, promoting the brand image effectively.
∎ Collect and provide necessary documents to owners or buyers when required.
∎ Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive growth.
∎ Organize and participate in sales-related events.
∎ Initiate new ideas and convert them into business opportunities.
∎ Collect leads from the field daily and contact managers/ caretakers of buildings road-wise to gather sales information.
∎ Proactive & committed to accomplish the target set by the Management.
∎ Build Strong Relation with targeted Clients.
∎ Research and analyze sales trends to identify new opportunities.
∎ Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers to establish a strong client base.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations.
∎ Strong leadership capabilities, especially drive & initiatives, team influencing & decision making.
∎ Develop marketing campaigns across all social media platforms.
∎ Response customer’s questions, inquires and complaints.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
