Educational Requirements:
∎ At least higher secondary education
∎ Any other technical diploma/qualification preferably in Footwear will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Shoe Last technical file & quality key points for production
∎ Prepare samples and obtaining approval from clients
∎ Develop products for customer as per requirement and ensure appropriate technical specifications
∎ Identify technical errors of the production
∎ Work with development of multiple footwear Last such as Moccasin, Stitch down, Cemented, Strobel, San Crispino , Sports Type shoes & Sandals etc....
∎ Work on product fit and comfort development for Shoe Fit.
∎ Supervise orders and quality of material and Last data Spec.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of experience in Shoe Last Development and production and Also basic machine operation

Salary: Negotiable
