Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the shift work & daily labor activities.
∎ Ensure shift wise manpower presence
∎ Get the shift wise Engagement report signed by client's representative
∎ Provide required documents, PPE, Uniform & medical support to casual & daily workers
∎ Arrangement of casual labor entertainment.
∎ Safety related documents fill up, safety briefing to workers
∎ Extend help to all the co-workers
∎ Train the people to do their best.
∎ Safety Item & other goods Racking properly
∎ Manage attendance and leave of reportees
∎ Manage counseling and grievances of reportees
∎ Hand over the shifting to next shift supervisors in smooth running condition.
∎ Any other tasks / assignment given by the In-charge.
