Education:
∎ Graduation and Post-graduation in any discipline preferably in Islamic Studies/Arabic/Economics and Business Studies from reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in the Quran, Hadith, Fiqh and Islamic Economics/Finance.
∎ Related Professional Certification (CSAA) will be added as an advantage.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banks & NBFI.
∎ Age must not be over 40 years as of March 06, 2025.
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sharia'ah Compliance Officer (Muraqib) in Islamic Banking including 3-5 years’ experience in overall Islamic banking with proven track record.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banks & NBFI.
∎ Age must not be over 40 years as of March 06, 2025.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ One of the leading Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) operating our business since 1996, established under Companies Act-1994 and within the ambit of Financial Institutions Act-1993. We are looking for an experienced Sharia'ah Compliance Officer (Muraqib) to oversee Shari'ah issues in operation of Islamic business.
∎ The position is responsible for Shari'ah Auditing, Reporting & Advising, working with Shari'ah Supervisory Committee & Reporting to respective bodies, complying with Shari'ah issues in operation of Islamic business, assisting Islamic Financing Division, arranging & managing Trainings and Internal Office Management regarding Islamic Shari'ah.
